CHECKOUT CURRENCY IS USD

The currency selector allows you to view our products in the currency you wish to see. This is for individual products on the online store, but your purchase will default to our store currency (USD) at checkout and you will be charged in USD only.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time your order is submitted, providing the order is completed before 12 noon (CAT) Monday to Friday. Dispatch is subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. Please note, we do not dispatch or deliver shipments on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of your order. For international orders, please contact us for shipping rates to your country.

International orders may be subject to taxes, custom duties and other fees by the destination country and the recipient is responsible for these fees.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking details of your order will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. As a registered customer you will also be able to locate these details from within your account area once dispatch has been confirmed. 

In order to receive your order timeously, please ensure that someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery. SANA is not responsible for the return of shipments or reimbursements of lost packages or damaged products.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not deliver to postal addresses.
